Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are perishable and handmade, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, we do not accept returns on custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at fortunasweets@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging for review. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
